Through various content resources, students will explore all the factors that affect the climate. They will study how climate itself affects the people and animals who live in those climates. Students will learn about the difference between legal and moral obligations. They will examine how their personal situations affect how they view moral situations. Students will apply what they learned about morals and climate to debate what, if any, moral obligation there is to limit climate change. Students will reflect on what they feel their own obligation is, what they feel other people are obligated to do, and if there are instances that exclude a person from having a moral obligation in regards to climate change.
