This unit is designed to encourage students to gain an interest in social issues while utilizing percentages and proportions to demonstrate what they have learned through graphic design. Students will gain exposure of collaborative learning as well as experience hands on activities that are associated with this unit. This curriculum is designed for students to master advanced skills in the areas of adobe software, desktop publishing and graphic design. The finished product will result in students utilizing their creativity to design an information graph demonstrated by statistical data about their social issue.
