2019 SRET

2019 Summer Research Experience for Teachers

CTI sponsored seven CMS teachers in five university science labs to collaborate with researchers at Johnson C. Smith University, Queens University of Charlotte and UNC Charlotte, during its 2019 Summer Research Experience for Teachers.

Read about all five projects below and also join us for the Summer Research Experience for Teachers Poster Session and Reception on Thursday, Sept. 5, 4:30-6:30 p.m., at STEM Hall at Johnson C. Smith University. SRET Fellows, faculty leaders and student assistants will share their discoveries in poster presentations and informal conversation. This event is free and open to all who would like to learn more about CTI Fellows’ research experience this summer. Register for the reception here. (Registration is not required but helps us plan better for our guests.)
