Synopsis
Ch-Ch-Changes is a unit plan created with the hopes of provided 2nd graders with a clear understanding of what stereotyping is, and the various forms of stereotyping. Students will be encouraged to explore experiences when they have been the target of stereotypes, and opportunities to analyze their own stereotypes. Their content knowledge will be represented through the use of a recreated children’s literature piece and presented in a digital storytelling format.
