- 2021 Teachers as Scholars: Racial Equity in the Curriculum
- 13 CTI Fellows presented new curricula created in the 2020 seminars. This virtual event was attended by 80 CMS teachers on May 20, 2021.
- CTI Fellows Present New Curricula at National Council on Black Studies Conference in New Orleans
- CTI Fellows presented new curricula they developed at the National Council on Black Studies (NCSB) Conference in New Orleans, March 6-9, 2019
- Exploring American Sacred Value: A Teachers As Scholars Event
- A special event for the public providing a window into penetrating learning in a CTI seminar for teachers, on Thursday, Feb. 21, 2019

TRIPS
- CMS Teachers Travel South to Learn about America’s Most Important Untold Stories
- Called the Civil Rights (Racial Equity) trip, the teachers visited historic southern cities at the center of the American Civil Rights movement. June 13 through June 16, 2019
- CMS Teachers Journey to Face Legacy of Racial Injustice
- CMS teachers traveled to the Equal Justice Initiative’s new Legacy Museum and national memorial to victims of lynching, in Montgomery, AL. April 2018
